The customer authorizes West Valley Rock drivers to unload material where the customer has instructed.
The driver will make every effort to place the material where the customer designates, however, West Valley Rock assumes no responsibility for damages to the customers' property or to property belonging to surrounding homeowners or businesses. This includes driveways, concrete, landscaping, and structural parts of the home or business.
The customer indemnifies and holds West Valley Rock harmless for any damages arising from the unloading or from the location of the delivered material.
The customer accepts full responsibility for any damages that may occur and hereby waives all rights to file claims against Custom Landscape Materials, dba West Valley Rock.
