Aggregate Sand Mix
Crushed aggregate is a crucial component of concrete. It adds the necessary bulk to the mix and solidifies the concrete into materials that can endure tremendous loads and almost any natural calamity.
To make concrete, we provide a wide variety of aggregates. A cementing liquid is combined with granular materials called aggregates to make concrete or hydraulic mortar. They are essential in producing concrete, mortar, or other building materials, and they find widespread use in building and maintaining roads, walkways, car parks, and other manufactured surfaces. Aggregate sand mixes, such as those used in agriculture, landscaping, and sports, may be broken down into subcategories based on their size, origin, fragmentation mechanism, and composition.
To make the most of the various aggregate sand mixes available during construction, it is crucial to be familiar with their properties and applications. Our experts can help with material-related information and product quantity estimations.

Concrete Sand
To make concrete, a special kind of sand called "concrete sand" must be used. The rough texture of concrete sand makes it ideal for forming strong bonds with water, concrete, and other aggregates. Besides water, sand is the most widely used natural resource.
Concrete sand is gritty and often used in asphalt and ready-mix concrete. It is sifted, graded, and cleaned to eliminate undesired silt and provide the best possible mix-design. Despite its more typical application in concrete paving stones and asphalt, it is a desirable landscaping material.
Concrete sand is perfect for uses requiring both stability and drainage, such as the placement of septic tanks, stones, and pipes. It's a common topping for sports fields (football, baseball, and soccer fields), gardens, equestrian facilities (horse arenas), and lawns (golf courses, baseball fields, and soccer fields).
We carry high-grade concrete sands to meet your various residential, commercial industrial and public works’ needs.

Screened Dirt Fill
The subsoil, often known as fill dirt, is soil that has been excavated and doesn't contain any living organisms. Additionally, the pebbles, gravel, and other material bigger than 3/4th inch in diameter are removed from screened dirt fill to create a finer material. By removing these bigger pieces, the soil becomes more manageable and portable. Screened fill soil is also more texture consistent since there are fewer clay clods.
The screening procedure involves passing the soil through mesh screens, sifting it, and inspecting the results to ensure it's the right consistency. It may be necessary to remove larger particles manually. You can still lay a solid foundation with regular fill soil. However, the ground can be graded more accurately using this screened dirt fill, which is helpful in situations where water must be directed away from a building's base, or a level platform needs to be built.

Dirt Fill
Unlike topsoil, which may include organic materials like sticks or leaves, dirt fill is placed below the topsoil. It is constructed entirely out of rocks, sand, and clay. Soil is more stable because of this than topsoil which might settle when organic matter decays. The ensuing topsoil movement may cause unstable foundations and possibly let water in, severely weakening the region. Builders like using dirt fill to adjust the contour of an area or fill holes because of its many practical applications. Common construction tasks that need dirt fill include constructing pools and spas and filling up holes left by excavation. We carry dirt fill of various types, and you can choose what works for you. We can provide the dirt fill in the amounts required for your project, and we will have it delivered when you need it in the quantities you need.

Grout Mix
Grout Mix is a combination of water, cement, and sand used for various purposes, including pressure grouting, embedding rebar in masonry walls, joining pieces of precast concrete, sealing voids, and filling joints, such as those between tile. Cement grout helps by combining cement, sand, and other raw material to fill the gaps that might appear during construction.
Grouts have several uses, including mending fractures, preventing water seepage in underwater buildings like canals, tunnels, filling the gaps between tiles, and supporting soil. You can choose from thixotropic grout, structural grout, non-shrink grout, tiling grout, and resin grout. Making the right choice in grout is essential.
Expert advice should always be sought while looking for any major component, including floor tile or paver. Our company caters to commercial, residential, and industrial clients. We carry different grout mixes so you can choose the appropriate one for your project.

Mortar Sand
Mortar is a workable paste that bonds masonry materials like stones, brickwork, and concrete blocks. It is also used to fill and seal the uneven spaces between them and occasionally add beautiful colors or patterns to masonry walls.
Typically, sand, a binding agent, and water are used to create mortar sand. Sand's impact on mortar's compressive strength, resistance to cracking, workability, board lifespan, shrinkage, and appearance is often underestimated, yet it is crucial to the material. Screening and/or mixing natural sands and/or crushed stone screens, both of which are inappropriate on their own, may frequently provide the necessary grading.
We have a large selection of mortar sands from which you may choose the best option for your landscape, stepping stone/paver foundation material, or erosion control project. We'll ensure you get your supplies on schedule and assist you to pick them out.

Paver Fines
In place of natural stone aggregates, paver fines are a commonly recycled product created from recycled concrete aggregates. Its compact nature and size variation (from 3/8" or fine powder) make it an excellent sub-base material.
Pavers, roads, parking lots, and building foundations may all benefit from a layer of concrete fines. Our vendors reuse concrete salvaged from construction sites. A strong magnet is used to remove any metal. Once the required texture has been achieved, the concrete is crushed. We guarantee that all the concrete fines we sell have been thoroughly screened, cleaned, and inspected for the presence of any unwanted materials.
Paver fines can be a cost-effective alternative to crushed stone when used as a sub-foundation for load-bearing constructions like driveways and roads. The concrete fines we sell to our clients are also used in landscaping, building, and DIY projects, and we can provide the paver fines you need in the required quantities.
